- Studio 202 Academy© Eyelash Extension Courses are Non-Refundable, but are transferable. Students Can Reschedule, At No Additional Charge, Up To 10 Days Before the Scheduled Start Date of The Course.
- All rescheduling must be completed at least 10 days before the scheduled start date of any course. Failure to adjust your reservation will forfeit your course cost.
- All instructors, students and models *consent to be photographed and filmed by Studio 202 Esthetics© representatives for the duration of each course. All video and images captured by Studio 202 Esthetics© representatives remain the property of Studio 202 Esthetics©. Studio 202 Esthetics© retains the rights to unlimited use of all images and video captured; of each student, instructor and model, throughout the duration of each class. *Consent to image and video capture must be signed by each instructor, student and model before filming of each subject begins.
- Street Parking is first come, first served, except where signage prohibits parking. Lot spaces are reserved for property owners. Violators parking in lot spaces will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- No food or drink is allowed on the studio floor. No exceptions.
- Studio 202 Academy© maintains a room temperature of 20-22C. If this is outside your comfort zone, you may want to dress, or bring additional clothing, for your comfort.
- Due to licensing and insurance requirements, Students and Models only, are allowed on the premises. Minors under the age of 19 are not allowed on the premises without supervision. Please schedule alternative, off-site supervision of minor children during your class time and be aware that other family and friends will need to remain off-site.
- Studio 202 Academy© is currently active within a fully renovated, licensed, insured and BC Interior Health approved home-based personal care services establishment. Please be respectful of my home and my neighbors.
- Studio 202 Academy© prides itself on the cleanliness and comfort of its facility. As such it is a non-smoking space. There is ample outdoor space to accommodate breaks. Students and models are responsible for waste disposal and courtesy of others. Please dispose of butts and trash in designated receptacles.
- No food or drink is allowed on the studio floor, at any time.
- Please keep all beverages in labeled, sealed containers, in designated areas only. Open containers will be disposed of at the front door.
- Food items should be stored in closed containers, in designated areas only.
- Students are requested to wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Tight or short sleeves are recommended to prevent adhesive accidents on loose sleeves.
- Hand washing is required upon entry. Hand washing and sanitizer stations are available in the studio and washroom.
- Masks are required for all students while working on models, due to proximity. No exceptions will be allowed.
- Gloves are required for all students working on models. No exceptions will be allowed.
- Models should be freshly showered and should arrive makeup free when possible to allow for the most practice time.
- Phones are not allowed on treatment tables due to potential for accidental breakage and temptation to open eyes during service. Phones should be set to silent mode upon entry.
- Courtesy toward fellow students is expected.
- Harassment , bullying or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Small class sizes provide for individual attention to each student. If you are unable to attend your selected course dates, please let us know as quickly as possible, to accommodate those on our waiting list. *See Policies Above
- All students are required to be in attendance for all class hours to be eligible for certification.
- Make up hours for both theory and practical elements of the course may be available on future course dates. Additional hours, during regular Studio 202 Esthetics© business hours, are also available but may incur additional cost.
- Studio 202 Academy© doors are locked once all students are present or 5min past start time of each class. Late students will need to text their instructor for entry.
- Ample practice time is scheduled into each course curriculum, but we understand that everyone learns at different speeds. Additional hours with your instructor can be scheduled if additional practice time is required for certification.
- On dates that Models are required, it is the responsibility of the student to arrange their models. Make sure to give accurate directions and request their attendance 15min prior to the scheduled time for model practice sessions to begin.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Educators can access:

What we share with others
Course graduates name, email and location data is shared only with Sinful Lashes© headquarters to enable you to be eligible for store and course discounts for life, listing on the Sinful Lashes© database of certified lash artists and entrance into exclusive, closed social media channels and networking events. We do not share or sell data with any other business or personal entity.
Payments
We accept payments through WooCommerce using Square or Afterpay or by cash (cash payments and/or deposits are for course enrollment only. All cash payments must be paid in person and in full before placement in any course or the creation of any course kit will be implemented). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square or via your Afterpay account, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Event Tickets and Event Calendar
Events Tickets does aggregate information to generate your purchased ticket for each course.
Attendees information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address
Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via check-in page)
Ticket purchaser information: name and email address
Ticket purchaser billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce.

How Long We Retain this Data
All information (data) is retained in the local database indefinitely, unless otherwise deleted.
Certain data may be exported or removed upon users request via the existing Exporter or Eraser. Please note, however, that several “edge cases” exist in which we are unable to perfect the gathering and export of all data for your end users. We suggest running a search in your local database, as well as within the WordPress Dashboard, in order to identify all data collected and stored for your specific user requests.
